Privacy notice

The short version: we collect only what you type into the waitlist, we use it only to invite you, we never sell it, and we delete it when you ask.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we keep:

• your X or Telegram handle
• your email address, if you give one
• the markets you said you'd trade
• who invited you, if you came from someone's invite link
• your country, worked out by our host from your connection (not your exact location)
• the time you signed up

We don't ask for your name, wallet, phone number or anything else.

If you use Calls (beta)

• your username, and your X handle if you add one. Both are public, shown next to your calls.
• your calls: the market, long or short, your reason, entry and exit prices, and times. Calls are public.
• a scrambled copy (a hash) of your calling key. The key itself stays in your browser.
• a scrambled copy of your connection's IP address, kept only to stop spam and fake accounts.

Why

To send you an invite when your batch opens, to count invites for the person who referred you, and to decide which markets to launch first.

Where it's kept

Sign-ups are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site, in a private store only the GridCell team can read. We don't sell, rent or share them, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It keeps a few things in your own browser's storage: your dark or white mode choice, who invited you during your visit, and your Calls key if you use Calls. The key is only sent to our server to prove it's you when you post.

Other services the page uses

• Market data. Prices and odds come from CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, Polymarket and DexScreener. Our server fetches them, so your browser doesn't contact those services.
• Fonts. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it sends them.
• Videos. Clip thumbnails load from YouTube's image servers. A video only plays when you press play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, and from then on YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
• X. Links to X, and the "Post it on X" button, open X. We don't load X on this page.

How long we keep it

Until the GridCell app launches and for 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Send a direct message to @grid_cell on X from the handle you signed up with. We'll show you what we hold, or delete it, within 7 days.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
